Health
Good health is a mercy, and access to care should never depend on one’s circumstances. Through our Health Aid programme, we support refugees, the underprivileged, and the critically ill by helping cover medical costs, surgeries, and essential treatments. While we cannot ease every pain or prevent every loss, we strive to bring relief, comfort, and dignity to those facing health challenges—one life, one need at a time.
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said, “Make use of medical treatment, for Allah has not made a disease without appointing a remedy for it, except for one disease—old age.“
Medical Aid for Urgent Cases
Refugees, the underprivileged, and low-income families in Malaysia often face urgent medical needs without access to affordable care. Through our Health Aid programme, RAR helps cover the cost of life-saving treatments, surgeries, and urgent medical procedures. We work with trusted hospitals and clinics to ensure those in need are treated with compassion and dignity. While we cannot meet every request, we aim to ease suffering and support healing—one life at a time.

Community Health Drives
Before the pandemic, RAR regularly partnered with medical centres to host full-day medical drives for refugee communities. These events offered free health screenings, check-ups, and doctor consultations. Though currently paused, they remain a valuable part of our outreach. We hope to resume them in the future to continue bridging the healthcare gap and promoting early detection and prevention among underserved populations.
